  • Dates
  • Cashews
  • Pista
  • Almonds
  • Dry coconut powder
  • Ghee
  • Poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Add dates into a mixer jar,grind it roughly.
  • Take a Pan,add 1 tbsp ghee and fry all the dryfruits on low flame for few minutes till nice aroma.
  • 3.Fry the poppy seeds on low flame till golden brown.
  • 4.Fry the dry coconut powder on low flame till golden brown.
  • 4.Add 2tbsp ghee,fry the Dates on low flame for 5 minutes or until they release moisture. Fry dry fruits, poppy seeds,dry coconut powder,dates seperately one after the other.
  • 5.Add dates,dry fruits,poppy seeds,dry coconut powder into a bowl and bind them together.Make laddu's when the mixture is mild hot.

Notes/Tips

Make sure that laddus should be mould while the mixture is hot
