- Take blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
- Add 2 tsp Cashew, 2 tsp almonds, 2 tsp pistachios , 1 anjeer, 2 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp saffron food colour.
- Pour dry fruit lassi in a tall glass.
This Lassi is a blend of yogurt, khoya and dry fruits which is a popular and traditional sweet drink.
