Ingredients

  • 1 Cup curd
  • 2 tsp almonds
  • 2 tsp cashew
  • 2 tsp pistachios
  • 1 anjeer
  • ¼ tsp saffron food colour
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Take blender take 1 cup curd. make sure the curd is thick and chilled.
  • Add 2 tsp Cashew, 2 tsp almonds, 2 tsp pistachios , 1 anjeer, 2 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp saffron food colour.
  • Pour dry fruit lassi in a tall glass.
