  • Anjeer
  • Raisins
  • Cashew
  • Almonds
  • Pista
  • Watermelon seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Honey
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add cashew, raisins,almonds, pista,anjeer, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and blend into a soft powder. Then add milk and honey and blend again to a drinking consistency. Take a glass and pour the shake and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
