- First take all ingredients in right proportions. Chopped the almonds and crushed all seeds in mortal and pastle. Greased the baking tin with little oil and put a butter paper in it. Greased again keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl add oil,curd,vanilla extract and mix well.Now sieve all dry ingredients and add with wet ingredients. Add little by little mik and mix gently with cut and fold method.
- Add some cranberry, raisins,almonds and seeds.mix once lightly.transfer this batter into cake tin. Sprinkle some nuts and seeds on the top.tap the baking tin 3-4 times.
- Put the tin in preheated microwave and baked the cake on 180° for 35-40 minutes. Check it with a fork or toothpick it should be come clean.the cake is ready.let it cool completely then demouled.enjoy the cake.
