- Chop dates and keep them aside. Add almonds, cashews, and coconut to a jar and grind until the mixture is coarsely blended. Add chopped dates, raisins, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, ghee, and blend again. Add rose water and process until the mixture forms a dough. Transfer the mixture onto a plate. Grease the mould using ghee and sprinkle with some desiccated coconut. Stuff both sides of the mould with dry fruit mixture. Close the mould and trim off excess dough. Unmould and serve.
