Ingredients

  • Full cream milk
  • Agar agar
  • Finely chopped dates and figs
  • choco powder dissolved in warm water
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Boil the full cream milk and sugar . Once boiled add dissolved choco powder
  • Now on low flame consistently stir the milk and add agar agar powder. And keep stirring until it is dissolved well. And keep it on low flame
  • The consistency will become smooth and a bit thick,at this point turn off the flame and add chopped dates and figs. Mix well and pour in your serving glasses or bowls. And refrigerate for 3 hours Enjoy chilled.
