Full cream milk
Agar agar
Finely chopped dates and figs
choco powder dissolved in warm water
Sugar

Instructions

Boil the full cream milk and sugar . Once boiled add dissolved choco powder
Now on low flame consistently stir the milk and add agar agar powder. And keep stirring until it is dissolved well. And keep it on low flame
The consistency will become smooth and a bit thick,at this point turn off the flame and add chopped dates and figs. Mix well and pour in your serving glasses or bowls. And refrigerate for 3 hours Enjoy chilled.

Cooking agar agar on low flame is the best tip to get a perfect eggless pudding
