- Chop nuts and dates finely. Mix everything in a bowl with water. Then take a blender and add cashew,almonds, raisins, tutti frutti and make a soft paste using water. Then add sooji,maida,rice flour,chopped green chilies, corinader,curry leaves,pepper powder,salt,cumin and mix well and make a nice batter. The batter should be on runny side. Heat tawa and grease with ghee. Pour the batter first around the edge and then fill it. Cook in medium flame until crisp and golden. Drizzle with more ghee. Serve hot with chutney.
