- Firstly heat a pan and dry-roast the dry-fruits. Remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
- Now in the same pan, add ghee to it. Then add grated jaggery to it. When the jaggery starts melting add water to it.
- Now cook the jaggery on a low flame until it starts bubbling. Now add the roasted dry-fruits & til into it. Quickly mix it. Add elaichi powder to it and cook it for 1 more min. Keep the flame at lowest.
- Turn off the flame now quickly npour the mixture over a greased butter paper or on the back-side of a greased steel thali. Spread it evenly or you can also use one more greased butter-paper over it and roll it evenly with the help of a belan. Quickly make cuts over it.
- Wait for sometime till it gets cool down completely. Now break it into pieces. It will break down easily and form its shape. Keep them in air-tight container to stay fresh and long. Consume within 7 to 10 days.
