- Take a big deep bottom kadhai. Keep milk to boil. Keep on stirring continuously, on high flame. It takes 30 mins for 1ltr milk to reduce to Khoya. Switch off the gas when milk reduced completely and form a ball. Let the Khoya cool down completely. Add cardamom powder,dry fruit's pieces and powdered sugar to the Khoya. Mix gently. Adjust sugar according to taste. Apply little ghee on your palms and make round shapes or your desired shape. Enjoy your laddu.
