Ingredients

  • Milkmaid 1.5 cup,
  • Sugar 1/2 cup,
  • 1 cup of walnuts and kaju
  • Vanilla essence
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Add 2 table spoons of ghee to hot pan. Then add 1.5 cup of condensed milk and add 1/2 cup of sugar. Keep stirring continuously.
  • After sugar gets dissolved,add dryfruit paste ( soak walnuts and kaju for 30 minutes and make fine paste with water).
  • Add 3 teaspoons of ghee again and Keep stirring continuously untill the paste seperates from pan.
  • After it is getting seperated from pan remove it from pan. place it on a plate which is greased with ghee.
  • Make different shapes by adding edible colours. It looks yummy and attractive for kids.

Notes/Tips

Be carefull while stirring. It sticks to pan if u donot stirr continuously.
