  • Dudhi grated
  • Gram flour
  • Jowar flour
  • Wheat flour
  • Green chilli garlic paste
  • Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Sesame
  • Jeera, rai
  • Garam masala
  • Sugar
  • Curd
  • Hara dhaiya

Instructions

  • Mix dudhi all flour salt sugar 1tbsp curd haldi red chilli powder dhaniya powder garam masala little oil sesame green chilli garlic paste in one bowl and make muthiya and steam it in boiler ... After steaming cool it and cut it in peices ...
  • Make tadka of oil jeera rai ...and put these muthiya in tadka and make it crisp golden...add hara dhaniya and serve it with curd

Can also shallow/deep fry it... Also can b eaten after steamed for those on diet
