- Masala paste Soak all the ingredients in one bowl for 3-4 hours, then make a fine paste of it.

- Now fry the boiled potatoes by pricking with fork till golden brown in colour.
- Now heat the oil in pan add all the paste one by one and cook till oil is released and do the seasoning and add the potatoes to it, add some water and cook till oil is released.
