- In a pan dry roast the vermicilli and remove it in a plate ,allow it to cool down. To the pan,add ghee, cardamom, cinnamon, cashews and almonds. Then saute for a minute
- Add water and food colour.
- Bring the water to rolling boil and then add the vermicilli and food color by stirring continuously
- When vermicilli is half cooked ,add the sugar and close lid of the pan. Keep the flame low for 5minutes.
- Serve hot for yumminess
