Ingredients

  • Vermicilli
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Cashews
  • Almonds
  • Orange food color

Instructions

  • In a pan dry roast the vermicilli and remove it in a plate ,allow it to cool down. To the pan,add ghee, cardamom, cinnamon, cashews and almonds. Then saute for a minute
  • Add water and food colour.
  • Bring the water to rolling boil and then add the vermicilli and food color by stirring continuously
  • When vermicilli is half cooked ,add the sugar and close lid of the pan. Keep the flame low for 5minutes.
  • Serve hot for yumminess
