It's a South indian sweet .. made during hyacinth beans season, that's winter season.. we add sesame seeds to it .. good during winters..

Ingredients

  • De seeded hyacinth beans 1 cup, jaggery 1 cup,
  • Dry coconut 1/2cup, sesame seeds 1/2cup
  • Ghee 4tbsp ,poppy seeds 1tsp

Instructions

  • Method Cook deseeded hyacinth beans for 1 whistle. In a vessel add water, Jaggery and allow to boil till you get more than 1 string consistency. Now add coconut ,poppy seeds mix well now add boiled de seeded hyacinth beans mix well at the end add seasme seeds ghee and serve.

Notes/Tips

Don't over cook deseeded hyacinth beans..else sweet becomes mushy..
