- In a small bowl whisk the egg and sugar.
- Add the milk to it and continue whisking.
- Add all purpose flour,salt, baking powder and a dash of nutmeg(grated),to this mixture. If the batter is too thick, then add some milk till you have Achieved the desired consistency. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. Use cooking oil to fry the pancakes. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons Of batter for each pancake . Brown on both sides and serve hot.
