  • Chia seeds
  • Cow Milk Or Soy/almond/coconut/any Non-dairy Milk
  • Maple Syrup/Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract/Syrup/Essence
  • Toppings you like ( fruits,dry fruits, Chocolate)

Instructions

  • Take A glass,cup or small jar and clean it well you lazy ass.
  • Add chia seeds,milk,Maple syrup/powdered sugar And Vanilla.
  • Mix it well.
  • Let it rest and mix again after 5 minutes.
  • Add topping that you have or find them if you haven't found them until now. Add them over your pudding.
  • Keep it in freezer for about 1 hour.
  • Now Gobble!

Notes/Tips

1. It's very healthy , so you can have it for breakfast,lunch,dinner,sweet or any damn time you freakin' want,huh!. 2. I recommend to make it at night and have this Decilicious goodness in the Morning as breakfast. 3. It helps in weightloss and PCOD.
