- Take a kadai, heat ghee.
- Add grated gajar n cook for sometime, till it's water gets dry.
- Now add condensed milk n cook. Once the halwa becomes thick n leaves the kadai, halwa is ready.
- Add Elaichi powder n mix.
- Now take this halwa in a silicon mould n make cups. Keep it in a fridge to set.
- Demould it n take the halwa cups. Fill this cups with chocolate syrup.
- Garnish it with sprinklers n serve.
