- Take the boiled and chopped pieces of egg white in a bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, maida flour, egg white, salt and mix well. Drop the dumplings of the prepared mixture into hot oil, deep fry and transfer to a plate. Heat little oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, curd, red chili sauce, red chili powder, garam masala powder, a pinch of sugar, chopped coriander leaves, saute well, now add fried egg dumplings, toss till it gets dried, add a pinch of salt, toss it and turn off the flame. Serve hot.
