- Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
- Onions have become soft, now add ginger garlic paste & fry till raw smell goes off, add chopped tomato.
- Now add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala. Mix everything well. Add 1/2 cup of water for the masales to be cooked. Mix well and cook till the tomato become soft & oil starts to separate. The masala is done.
- Take 2 boiled eggs and cut it into small pieces. Mix well with the masales and cook for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with grated 1boiled eggs and coriander leaves. Ready to serve it hot with chapati, roti, pav.
