- For gravy: Heat butter and oil with whole Spices. Add cumin seeds and onions. Once onion cooks , add tomatoes and salt! Cook until oil separates. Add all powdered spices and cook until spices cook.
- Add this gravy in mixie add water and make a smooth paste. Strain this liquid to get velvet gravy.
- For kofta: Mix shreds and all purpose flower to make a dough like mixture. Take a dollop of this mixture and put cashew raisin mix in between and mould koftas.
- Roll these koftas in beaten eggs , in flour , again in beaten eggs and ultimately in breadcrumbs.
- Freeze and Deep fry koftas.
- Assemble the gravy and kofta in butter. Heat or microwave and serve hot.
