- 1. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic and green chillies and cook till the raw smell goes away. Add onions add a little salt and Cook till they become brown.
- 2. Add tomatoes and red capsicum paste. Cook until soften and oil separates.
- 3. Blend this masala in a mixie. Again heat some oil, add masala and add all dried spices. Add cheese and add eggs. Add water as per requirement of your gravy needs.
- 4. Cook the gravy for 10 minutes. Adjust salt and garnish the dish with cream, garam masala, coriander and kasoori methi.
