  • Egg
  • Besan
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ajwain
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan, turmeric,red chilli powder,ajwain,salt and mix well. Then add water and make a batter. Take a pot and add water and add egg,salt and boil it for 10-12 minutes. Peel the eggs. And add them in besan batter. Then place them in hot oil and fry. Take them on a plate and serve hot.
