Ingredients

  • Basmati rice
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Biryani masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dahi
  • Tejpata
  • Oil
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Boil rice and strain it and keep for drying for 1hr.
  • Boil eggs, peel it and cut each egg in 2pcs
  • Cut onions and tomatoes and keep aside Cut 1onion standing and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, add oil and ghee to it.
  • Once oil and ghee is hot, add tejpata to it, than add finely chopped onions and tomatoes to it, fry it till it go golden brown, once done add Red chilli powder, biryani masala, salt. once done add dahi to It, close the lid for 5min.
  • Once done open lid after 5min, add boiled rice to it, above rice add barishta, add corriander, pudina and kesar and close lid for 10min
  • Turn of the gas and serve it with raita.

Notes/Tips

Donot over boil rice, keep half cook
