Egg curry

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boiled eggs,
  • 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Red chili powder or as per your c
  • 2 tablespoon Everest chicken masala or as per your
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, 1tablespoon Chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste , as per the tast

Instructions

  • Boiled the eggs and keep it aside
  • Add oil in a pan as much required, I use at least 2 and more tablespoon oil. As soon oil is heated add chopped onion, as it turns pink colour add ginger garlic paste. Then add haldi, red chili powder, chicken masala and stir it till aromatic. After few seconds add chopped tomatoes.
  • Let the tomatoes cook on low flame. Tomatoes should be soft. As soon as tomatoes are soft mash it a little more. Then add boiled eggs, salt and little water. As much required. Then add chopped coriander and serve it.
