- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion until translucent. Now add the ground masala paste and salt. Also, add in the curry masala with garam masala and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it come to a boil. When the gravy comes to a boil, drop in the eggs one by one. Do not stir. Place the lid on the vessel and let the eggs cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now switch off the flame and keep covered for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
