  • Sevai
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Corinader
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Urad dal
  • Cumin
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add in oil once it heats up add mustard,urad dal,cumin,curry leaves. Now add in the chopped onions and sauté. Next add in Ginger garlic paste cook until the raw smell leaves then add in chopped tomatoes cook till it is fully done. Now add in all the Masala powders. Chilli powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric powder and Salt give a good mix. Cook for a min and then move all the contents to one corner of a kadai and now break open the eggs and stir fry it, once eggs are cooked mix everything with the masala. Finally add in the cooked Sevai and mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
