Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour 2 eggs
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tsp oil/butter
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • As per taste salt

Instructions

  • Whisk egg with onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, tomatoes and salt.. prepare soft chapati dough, roll out.. cook both side slightly on hot tawa.. pour over whisked egg.. cook for few minutes
  • Sprinkle some oil or butter,flip it over &cook few more minutes..when both sides are cooked nicely, slide it in to serving plate, serve hot with tomato sauce....
