  • Potati
  • Peas
  • Beans
  • Corn
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander
  • Cumin powder
  • Chat masala
  • Cumin
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take all type of vegetables cut into small pieces boil and keep it aside. Take a Pan heat oil, then add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, boiled vegetables, coriander powder, coriander leaves, then chaat masala and mix well. Saute it for 1-2 minutes. Lastly add lemon juice mix well once and transfer it to a plate and let it cool for some time. Take Puff Sheets make it into different shapes. Put the sheets into a baking tray. Add stuffing to it, add little water to the edges and seal the puff properly and keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes. Now bake the puffs at 450 deg F for 10 minutes. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
