  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Gram flour
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, add finely cut onions and coriander leaves,gram flour,garam masala, turmeric,pepper,chilli powder. Add just enough gram flour to make a dough. Knead well. Take a tablespoon of dough, shape in your palm like vada and deep fry till brown. Serve with tomato ketch up.
