  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Pepper powder
  • Besan
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, add finely cut onions and coriander leaves. Mix with other ingredients. Add just enough gram flour to make a dough. Knead well. Take a tablespoon of dough, shape in your palm like vadai and deep fry till brown. Serve with tomato ketch up.
