Eggless Apple Pancakes with Caramelized Apple

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm Milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 Apple
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp  butter for frying
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the apple into small pieces and grind 1 apple pieces in a mixer along with sugar and butter.
  • Blent it to make a fine paste.
  • Take all purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a big bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  • Now add lukewarm milk to the apple and sugar mixture.
  • Now add this solution to the flour and add vanilla essence to it.
  • Now mix this mixture well with a blender so that a thick smooth paste without lumps is formed.
  • Make a smooth batter.
  • Heat some butter in a nonstick frying pan and add the pancake batter with a large spoon.
  • Put some more butter on the pancake.
  • Flip it and cook from both sides.
  • Heat butter in another pan and add sugar to it.
  • Now put remaining apple pieces in it.
  • Cook on low flame till it becomes caramelized.
  • Serve hot pancakes by pouring apple sauce and butter on top.

Notes/Tips

Can use less or more sugar according to your taste.
