- Cut the apple into small pieces and grind 1 apple pieces in a mixer along with sugar and butter.
- Blent it to make a fine paste.
- Take all purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a big bowl and mix well with a spoon.
- Now add lukewarm milk to the apple and sugar mixture.
- Now add this solution to the flour and add vanilla essence to it.
- Now mix this mixture well with a blender so that a thick smooth paste without lumps is formed.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Heat some butter in a nonstick frying pan and add the pancake batter with a large spoon.
- Put some more butter on the pancake.
- Flip it and cook from both sides.
- Heat butter in another pan and add sugar to it.
- Now put remaining apple pieces in it.
- Cook on low flame till it becomes caramelized.
- Serve hot pancakes by pouring apple sauce and butter on top.
