- Me and my family never miss to have them whenever I make š This is a very simple recipe to try and it became favourite of my clients too Procedure : Add flour , sugar, Active dry yeast , melted butter , vanilla in a bowl
- By adding milk start making dough ( Not to soft , not to hard)
- Once the dough is formed keep it aside for 5 minutes rest for gluten to get develop
- Make doughnuts shapes , you can use cutters too for that you need to roll the dough 1 " thik and then use cutters
- Leave all of them for proofing for 1 hour ( sometimes rising the dough depends on quality of yeast you use and temperature)
- Once they raised up fry them in oil and let them cool
- For Topping : Melt the chocolate in microwave in 30 sec intervals and top all the doughnuts with it
