Mango is the most liked fruit in summers.  Me and my family love mango dishes.  So this time for summer special I have made Mango Sooji Cake which is eggless.

Eggless Mango Rava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Semolina/Rava
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar powder
  • 1 cup Ripe Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Almonds

Instructions

  • Keep all the ingredients together.
  • Put milk, sugar powder and rava in a blender jar.
  • Now add flour, butter and mango pulp to it.
  • Now add baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Now close the blender jar and blend until a thick batter is formed.
  • Pour the cake batter into a pre-greased cake pan, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake at 200℃ for 25-30 minutes.
  • When the cake is ready, cool it on a rack and take it out in a plate.

Notes/Tips

Can make this cake with egg too.
