- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add oil and mix it well
- Slowly add milk in above mixture and adjust the consistency accordingly
- Add vanilla essence and keep this mixture to rest for 20 minutes
- Check after 20 minutes, the batter must have become thick, so now add curd and adjust the consistency
- Pour this batter into the greased cake mould of your choice.
- Place it in preheated oven at 180° C for 35 minutes
- Check after 35 minutes, let it rest and cool down a bit and then demould Nd serve hot.
