Ingredients

Fine semolina (rawa)
Powdered sugar
Baking powder
Baking soda
Oil
Milk (adjust Accordingly)
Vanilla essence
Curd

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients
Add oil and mix it well
Slowly add milk in above mixture and adjust the consistency accordingly
Add vanilla essence and keep this mixture to rest for 20 minutes
Check after 20 minutes, the batter must have become thick, so now add curd and adjust the consistency
Pour this batter into the greased cake mould of your choice.
Place it in preheated oven at 180° C for 35 minutes
Check after 35 minutes, let it rest and cool down a bit and then demould Nd serve hot.

Notes/Tips

You can garnish with your choice of ingredients, i have used flaked almonds and some flowers for decor... Don't check and open oven too much while baking. Enjoy you super soft and fluffy rawa cake.
