Ingredients

  • Fine semolina (rawa)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Oil
  • Milk (adjust Accordingly)
  • Vanilla essence
  • Curd

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Add oil and mix it well
  • Slowly add milk in above mixture and adjust the consistency accordingly
  • Add vanilla essence and keep this mixture to rest for 20 minutes
  • Check after 20 minutes, the batter must have become thick, so now add curd and adjust the consistency
  • Pour this batter into the greased cake mould of your choice.
  • Place it in preheated oven at 180° C for 35 minutes
  • Check after 35 minutes, let it rest and cool down a bit and then demould Nd serve hot.

Notes/Tips

You can garnish with your choice of ingredients, i have used flaked almonds and some flowers for decor... Don't check and open oven too much while baking. Enjoy you super soft and fluffy rawa cake.
