- Mix all the dry ingredients flour, bp, bs in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Using double boiler method melt chocolate and butter together and keep if aside to cool completely.
- Another bowl take jaggery powder , add curd and whisk together until jaggery melts.
- Then add melted chocolate mixture to this and whisk it again to well combine each other. Add coffee solution and mix again
- To this mixture add Dey ingredients. Using spatula or whisker mix it well until each ingredient well combined.
- Now pour the batter into a greased brownie tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180degrees for 25mins
