Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Vanilla essence
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cooking oil
  • Milk
  • Cashews

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C( If u are using halogen oven so preheat is not required )Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Take oil, sugar, vanilla essence in a bowl and mix well. Now sieve flour, baking soda, salt and mix well with the above mix.
  • IF the mixture looks too crumbly, add in spoonful of milk into it and knead well to form a dough. Take small portion and roll it out and flatten it out. Place a cashew on top.
  • Arrange it on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 mins depending on the size of the cookies.
  • Remove it from oven and cool it down for 10 mins. Now remove this to a cooling rack and cool it down. Store this in air tight container and enjoy.

Notes/Tips

While making cookies due to any reason if you add more flour please add baking soda accordingly otherwise cooking will not be perfectly baked. ( it may remain hard)
