- Method: In a bowl cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add caramel sauce and curd and beat until incorporated. The batter may look Curdled,but it is fine.Further add milk & butterscotch essence and mix.
- Seive and Mix together flour,baking soda and baking powderin a bowl.Add the flour Mix to the butter mixture in two batches and beat until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Further pour the batter in cake tin / silicon mould. If using tins then lined it with butter paper. Preheat the oven @ 180 degrees gor 30- 40 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Once done remove the tin/ mould and let them rest on wire rack and rest it to cool completely. Once done demould it,dust some powdered sugar & drizzle some caramel sauce & serve.
- Note: Every Oven has its own configuration so baking time may vary.. Sweetness can be adjusted as per the taste.
