- Sift the flour and baking powder and keep this aside
- In a mixing bowl mix together the yogurt and sugar add the baking soda and set aside for 5 minutes till the mixture is frothy
- Stir in vanilla essence and coffee powder and oil
- Finally stir in the flour mixture and beat untill just well combined
- Remove the batter in prepared 7" cake tin or oven proof silicon mould .Bake in a preaheated oven at 180 C for 30- 35 minutes
- Remove the cake from oven when done let it come to room temperature for 6 hours
- Then unmould the cake and cut it into 3 layers and sprinkle coffee water on each layer on cake and then cover each layer of cake with whipped cream
- Now cover the entire cake With frosting( whipped cream and vanilla essence) and then make desired swirls on cake for garnishing it and garnish the cake with chocolate balls
