  • Sugar
  • Maida
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom powder
  • Baking powder

Instructions

  • Add the powdered sugar to a bowl. Sift flour,baking powder, into the same bowl. Mix these well. add the ghee, mix well and take a portion dough mixture to form roughly shaped balls. Wrap the soft ballsi dough in cling film and refrigerate. Layer a baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the soft eggless cookie dough from the fridge. Preheat oven to 170C. Place the ghee cookies on a baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Gently press pistachios before placing the cookies in the oven. Bake at 170C for 12-15 minutes. Then take them out and let it cool down. Serva and store in a box.
