- In a big mixing bowl, sieve in the wheat flour. Add Sugar to it and Dry mix. Now add milk gradually and form a runny consistency batter. Add Vanilla essence and Eno fruit Salt. whisk to form smooth runny batter. Heat the non stick gridding and grease it with oil and clean the surface with tissue paper. Now take a semi cup shape laddle filled with batter and pour continuously at one place. Flame should be low. Cover it immediately and let it cook for a minute. After a minute, flip side. one side will get perfect colour. cook another side for 30-45 seconds at low flame only. Serve hot.
