  • Brinjal
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Water
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Corinader
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan,salt,ajwain,red chilli powder,chopped coriander, turmeric powder and mix. Then add water and make a batter. Slice the brinjal. Heat oil in pan and place the brinjal dipped in besan mixture and deep fry until brown in colour. Then serve hot.
