Ingredients

  • Gelatine
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Coffee powder
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix gelatine and water
  • In a saucepan add milk
  • Add coffee powder
  • Add sugar
  • Boil this mixture
  • Now add in gelatine mixture
  • Let this whole mixture be lump free
  • Let it cool down a bit now and add in vanilla essence
  • Add heavy cream
  • Mix well and pour the mixture in serving bowls
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy
