  • Quinoa 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • For pesto sauce: fresh coriander 2 cups
  • Mint leaves 8-10
  • Fresh basil 5-6
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Mix herb 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mi vegetables as per choice

Instructions

  • Firstly boil a water add olive oil and salt and washed quinoa to cook it properly.
  • For pesto Mix all the ingredients of pesto in mixing jar and grind it, add water as required.
  • Take a exotic vegetables and cut into slice
  • Now take a plate demoulde the quinoa in center of a plate and arrange the vegetables around it 
  • Finally drizzle the pesto sauce on the top. Ready to serve.
