- Firstly boil a water add olive oil and salt and washed quinoa to cook it properly.
- For pesto Mix all the ingredients of pesto in mixing jar and grind it, add water as required.
- Take a exotic vegetables and cut into slice
- Now take a plate demoulde the quinoa in center of a plate and arrange the vegetables around it
- Finally drizzle the pesto sauce on the top. Ready to serve.
