- Take 1 cup strawberry purée in a wok, add 1/2 cup sugar and mix them on high flame for 1-2 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup roughly grinded cashews nut, 1 cup fresh bread crumbs and mix well. Now add few drops of red food colour (optional) and mix them well.
- And cook for another 1-2 minutes. Now take the butter paper and grease it with the butter. Now set the butter paper in the square box and put the mixture in box and do the label. Now put the chopped pistachios on the top of it and keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
- After 10 minutes remove from the refrigerator and cut it in to pieces.
