Ingredients

  • For Spaghetti: Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Gralic 4 cloves Chopped
  • Boiled spaghetti 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix herb 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • For Sauce: Olive oil1 tsp
  • Gralic cloves 3 Chopped
  • Slice onion 2
  • Tomato puree 3 cups
  • Exotic Vegetables 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Mix herb 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Cheese spread 1/4 cup
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • Spaghetti In pan heat the oil saute the garlic and Spaghetti with herb and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Sauce Heat the oil in pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute at intervals for 2-3 mins
  • Assemble Arrange the spaghetti on the plate. Now pour the sauce on the top. Serve it warm.

Notes/Tips

Any vegetables of ur choice can be used.
