  • POMEGRANATE, KIWI AND MANGO PULP
  • CONDENSED MILK
  • CREAM POWDER

Instructions

  • SHIFT ALL TOGETHER RAGI FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER AND JAGGERY POWDER IN A BOWL.
  • NOW BLEND BUTTER,CONDENSED MILK, HUNG CURD, MILK AND VANILLA ESSENCE ALL TOGETHER TO A BATTER
  • NOW SLOWLY ADD BATTER TO THE FLOUR. REST THE PREPARED BATTER FOR 15 MINS
  • NOW POUR THE BATTER IN SILICONE CUP CAKE MOULDS AND BAKE IT FOR 20 MINS IN A PRE HEATED OVEN
  • AFTER THE CUP CAKES ARE BAKED PERFECTLY NOW MAKE THE CREAM FOR TOPPINGS USING CREAM POWDER AND REQUIRED FRUIT PULP . FRUITY RAGI CUP CAKES ARE NOW READY. SPRINKLE SOME CHOCO CHIPS AS DESIRED.
