- In a mixing bowl, add besan, ajwain, 1 tbsp oil, salt and mix together.In another bowl, add ¼ cup water, papad kharo and mix well until papad Kharo dissolves completely.
- Add water mixture into the besan mixture, knead it well and make a soft dough.Heat the oil in pan for deep frying.Take the prepared dough and divide into small-small balls.
- Take one ball and place it on wooden surface.Now with base of your palm, drag the dough in a straight line, holding the dough at the starting point with the other hand, this form like a long strip.
- Take a knife and remove the strip from surface. Use same process for remaining balls.Fry both sides of prepared strips till golden color over medium heat or till it becomes crisp.
