- 1-Grind cinnamon, clove, and dry ginger coarsely in a mixer.
- 2-Put oil in a deep pan, add cumin and mustard seeds.
- When the seeds start crackling, add red chili, curry leaves and ground spices to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add curd mango mix and mix well and cook for some time.
- Serve hot with roti and rice
