  • Jaggery
  • Mango pulp
  • Curd
  • Gram flour
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli-ginger paste
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Dry ginger
  • Cumin
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • 1-Grind cinnamon, clove, and dry ginger coarsely in a mixer.
  • 2-Put oil in a deep pan, add cumin and mustard seeds.
  • When the seeds start crackling, add red chili, curry leaves and ground spices to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add curd mango mix and mix well and cook for some time.
  • Serve hot with roti and rice
