Ingredients

  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 cup chicken
  • 2 potatoes
  • Vinegar
  • Red chili powder
  • Butter
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Corinder leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Green chilly

Instructions

  • First kneed a dough Of flour and leave aside.
  • Bolied potatoes and put pan on the gas ,roast it with butter .
  • After fall again butter ,when it's start melting put chicken on the pan and start roasted chicken in the butter with high flame with black pepper power.
  • Now put the roasted potatoes and chicken in a bowl , put some vegetable oil , red chilli powder , black pepper powder, salt mix the ingredients very well and leave aside
  • Ater all of this make green coriander chutney from coriander leaves ,garlic , green chilli. Take this all the ingredients and grind in the mixer now chutney is ready
  • Now make roti from dough. After this take a small bowl put some flour and medium water in it and make flour paste and leave aside.
  • Now take roti and cut it into 2 pieces With the help flour paste stick it and give a shape of triangle. When we get triangle shape put potatoes and chicken roasted in it and paste it with flour paste.
  • Switch on gas and put the pan fell some butter and roast the stuffed in butter when it give red brown and put it down and cover the stuffed with coriander chutney .
  • Decorate it with coriander chutney and leaves then serve it .

Notes/Tips

Don't kneed the dough tightly and very smooth. Don't overcook the potatoes Roast it when it give red golden colour not for more
