  • Garlic
  • Red chilli powder
  • Pepper powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Corinader
  • Chickpea
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Water

Instructions

  • Soak chickpea in a bowl for overnight then boil it for about 45 minutes. Now, take a bowl add boiled chickpeas, chopped coriander leaves, dry parsley, cumin powder, pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt and make it to a coarse paste in a blender . Then add baking powder, chickpea flour,little water, lemon juice, mix it. At last, make small dumplings of that mixture, slightly press and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve with tomato ketchup.
